Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Stenz, including the mobile app, intake forms, booking tools, email workflows, and related websites.

By creating an account, subscribing, publishing an intake form, or otherwise using Stenz, you agree to these terms. If you use Stenz for a studio or business, you confirm that you can bind that business to these terms.

Stenz helps tattoo artists collect structured client requests, manage a lead pipeline, propose booking slots, send client emails, and maintain a public intake experience.

Stenz is an operational tool. It does not provide legal, medical, tax, insurance, or professional tattoo safety advice. You remain responsible for your studio rules, client screening, consent process, and compliance with laws that apply to your work.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity under your account.

You control the content of your forms, emails, booking proposals, prices, availability, studio policies, and client communications. You must only request and process client information that you have a lawful reason to collect.

Clients may submit personal information, tattoo placement details, reference images, budget ranges, booking preferences, and related notes through forms controlled by artists.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload or ask clients to upload. Do not use Stenz to store or transmit illegal content, non-consensual imagery, hate content, malware, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.

Paid plans are billed through Apple App Store in-app purchases unless another billing method is made available to you. Apple handles payment processing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment-method data under Apple's own terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before the renewal date. Current plan limits and prices are shown in Stenz or on the Stenz website and may change for future billing periods.

Plans may include limits such as active forms, monthly request volume, reference image count, custom branding, custom domains, verified sender email, or priority support.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features to improve Stenz, respond to security issues, comply with platform requirements, or keep the service reliable. Material changes that affect paid use will be communicated through reasonable channels.

You may not reverse engineer Stenz, interfere with the service, bypass technical limits, scrape non-public areas, send abusive messages, upload harmful code, or use Stenz in a way that damages the service or other users.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe use of Stenz creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risk.

Stenz, including its software, interface, brand, artwork, and website content, is owned by Stenz or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Stenz to you.

You keep ownership of your studio content, form copy, images, client communications, and other materials you submit. You grant Stenz the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to operate the service.

If you collect client data through Stenz, you are responsible for providing any notices, consents, and lawful basis required for your own client workflow.

We work to keep Stenz available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any specific feature.

You are responsible for exporting or preserving any records you need for business, legal, tax, insurance, or studio operations.

Stenz is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stenz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost bookings, lost data, or business interruption.

You may stop using Stenz at any time. Cancelling a paid subscription must be done through the billing platform that manages it, usually Apple.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Stenz unlawfully.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
